Shipping Channels

  • Thailand Post EMS (Express Mail Service within Thailand)

Free Shipping Conditions

  • CHUMS brand: Free shipping for purchases of 1,000 Baht or more.
  • Nudie Jeans, Fjallraven, KOCHI, Iron Heart brands: Free shipping for purchases of 1,500 Baht or more.

Delivery Timeframe

Normal delivery times (*subject to Thailand Post's operations)

  • Bangkok and metropolitan areas: Approximately 1-2 working days.
  • Other provinces: Approximately 2-4 working days.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

  • The company ships once a day (evening round at 6:00 PM only).
  • If the customer orders and transfers money before 3:00 PM, the parcel will be shipped on the same working day.
  • If the customer orders and transfers money after 3:00 PM, the parcel will be shipped on the next working day.
  • The company is open and ships every Monday-Friday.
  • The company is closed on Saturday-Sunday and public holidays.
  • Customers can place orders every day. Orders placed on Saturday-Sunday and public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

Note

  • The Adjective will ship products after receiving payment confirmation.
  • Customers will receive order confirmation via email.
  • Customers can track their order status via My Order.
  • Customers can check their shipping status at Track & Trace EMS Thailand Post
  • Delivery times are estimates based on normal conditions and are subject to Thailand Post, holidays, and festive seasons.
  • Please count and check the condition, and film a video before and during unboxing the parcel, clearly showing the condition of the parcel box and the product at every step, before receiving the product every time.
